· Ray is committed to democratic and independent representation, fiscal responsibility, and Arizona's future. Ray is honest, caring, and gets things done. Ray has a strong conservation ethic. Ray helps communities outside of the "conventional" areas, including mountain rescue and mapping caves to discover where the water is coming from (including Roaring Springs in the Grand Canyon).
Ray has been working on projects for over 30 years, both professionally and personally that are overseen by the U.S. government. These include aircraft guidance software (FAA requirements) and has helped with federal public management rules at a national level.
