Ray recently visited the border in southern Arizona to gain greater insight into the area and execution of the "wall" as it currently operates. As a candidate for a seat in the U.S. Congress to represent a border state , he wanted a first-hand view of the U.S./Mexico border wall, unannounced. In January, Ray drove south past Fort Huachuca and Sierra Vista to an area he had visited nearly 16 months earlier. The wall was not completed in the area. What changes to the wall in this area have been made during the current administration? None. There is erosion past the wall ends. If the current administration says "All of the illegal immigration has stopped." Then why is the U.S. spending lots more money building the wall? This comes under the question of "Fiscal Responsibility"
